Samsung sued apple for infringing also patents of iPad mini, iPad 4, and iPod touch

Samsung added iPad mini, the new iPad 4, and the fifth-generation iPod touch to a list of products the company said apple infringed on its patents. In a U.S District court in California, Samsung has already filed a lawsuit against apple for infringing its patents for iPhone 5, iPad 4, and earlier iPod touch devices. The two tech giants are in court battles, and in late August, apple was awarded $1 billion when apple claimed that Samsung had infringed several iPhone and iPad patents with its Galaxy S-series smart phones.
